Dry Skin Brushing

If you want to start a daily practice where you will see, and feel, significant results, adapt the practice of dry skin brushing. 
After being an aesthetician for over twenty years, you will often see tips from me on how to look after your body and care for your skin. This is THE MOST valuable piece of information on skin care I will ever share with you.  
This practice will stimulate the skin, bringing fresh blood supply to the surface, it will rid the skin of dead skin cells and toxins. 
This must become a DAILY practice. Get yourself a natural loofah brush. Most drug stores or body shops sell them. You will use this brush to gently scrub your skin, from the feet up, in circular motions and upward sweeps, over the surface of your entire body. Pay particular attention to the arms, back of upper arms and lower legs (especially of you wax) and to any 'dimply' areas, yes! Dry skin brushing is fantastic to reduce cellulite. You will be amazed at how soft and smooth your skin feels after only a few days. 
Now let's add an afirmation to this practice: as you do your dry skin brushing, say to yourself "I am happy with my body just the way it is, I am beautiful and enjoy taking care of my body daily." Say it, and mean it! Always say kind things to yourself when you see yourself in the mirror, stay away from criticizing the things you don't like and show yourself self love every day.
