Important Studio Information (all students, please read!!!)
Now that we are all settled back into our home studio in riverview, I feel this is a good time to renew some important practices and send out some reminders to all our yoga community.
Upon arrival:
✨Please feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes before practice begins.
✨Please leave ALL of your belongings at the door or in the hall outside the studio, this includes jackets, purses/bags, and phones. Socks and sweaters are ok to bring in and place behind your mat to have ready for savasana.
✨Please ensure your phone is turned to vibrate or off when entering for practice
(If there is a special reason, such as a sick child, that requires you to bring your phone into the studio, please let Trish know ahead of time with a. quick text 872-1586
✨If you have questions about postures please save them for after class clean up is complete after practice, or feel free to phone or email anytime
✨Please refrain from cross-talk during practice
The following classes will be SILENT. CLASS (this means that once you enter the studio, I ask that you refrain from conversation. Feel free to sit and meditate or lie down and relax, if you feel the need to chat with other students or Trish, please do this outside the studio room).
Tuesday & Thuesday mornings I offer a social gathering with conversation, tea and knitting between classes, I encourage any students who wish to participate in this community to stay late after the 9am class or arrrive early (anytime after 9:55) and join us in the living room for some social time !
If you would prefer silence or some time to reflect or meditate, feel free to go into the studio and sit, or lie down quietly. The door facing the hall will be closed before these classes with a sign that asks for silence as a reminder that these classes are silent.

The follwong classes will remain open, meaning soft and lifgt conversation is accepted before and after class, plastic refrain from cross talk during class.

✨I would like to encourage everyone in both rooms to change direction for savasana at then end of class, please lie down with your head toward the centre of the room, closest to me, this will make it easier to hear any guided relaxations and having your feet away from the alter (or neucleus of the class) is a sign of respect.
